SB Clinic
The Milford Recreation Department presents a 2 day Lacrosse Clinic with Jesse Cala of Calasthetics.  

The Clinic will be on April 1st and April 2nd from 12pm-2pm at KMT Turf Fields located on French Drive.

The Clinic will be for children ages 6-11 (grades 1-5).

All participants must bring a helmet, a stick, and safety equipment.

Instructor
Jesse Cala is a Certified Health and Physical Educator, NASM certified, Coach, and currently teaches Pre-K to 5th grade for the City of Milford. He played lacrosse collegiately at Eastern Connecticut State University and currently the owner of https://calasthetics.com/

  • Monday April 1st, 12pm-2pm at KMT Turf Field
  • Tuesday April 2nd, 12pm-2pm at KMT Turf Field
