Adult Open Swim - Fitness Swim is for adults that want to get a water aerobics workout, swim laps, or just use the pool as a therapeutic source.

General Information
  • When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Time: 10:30am - 11:30am.
  • Where: McCann Natatorium, 70 Park Circle, Milford, CT 06460
  • Age: 16-99.
  • Cost: We have four different payment methods.
  • 1 month - $20.
  • 3 months - $55.
  • 6 months - $100.
  • 12 months - $170.
  • Please inquire about the 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year registrations if it is not currently posted.

Cancellation Information
  • In the event of inclement weather, the cancellation decision will be made 2 hours before the activity begins.
  • Cancellation Information will be posted on MilfordRecreation.com
  • If the program is canceled an email and/or text message will be sent to all registered participants.
