Boston Red Sox Bus Trip

1. You must provide your own transportation to and from the bus departure/arrival location (Parsons).
2. Your $100.00 per person fee includes roundtrip deluxe motorcoach transportation and one ticket to the Boston Red Sox vs. Minnesota Twins at Fenway Park in Boston, MA.
3. The bus will depart 8:00am sharp from the upper parking lot at the Parsons Complex (Daniel Wasson Baseball Field) on June 18, 2014.
4. Participants may bring their own food and beverage of choice on the bus; only small lunch box style coolers are permitted.
5. The Milford Recreation Department is NOT responsible for any items left on the bus at any time.
6. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
7. No vulgar or inappropriate language/conduct will be tolerated. Those in violation are subject to disciplinary measures from the Milford Recreation Department (including but not limited to suspensions or expulsions from other programs) and/or criminal prosecution. THIS IS A FAMILY TRIP, children are welcome and encouraged.
8. The bus will depart 30 minutes from the conclusion of the game at a to be determined location. THE BUS WILL NOT WAIT FOR THOSE WHO ARE LATE and you will be responsible for your own return transportation.
9. Registration is on a first come first serve basis until the ticket maximums are met. Only payment in full will secure your reservation on the trip. There are no refunds and the tickets are non-transferable. Tickets will be distributed upon arrival at Fenway Park.
10. Every attempt will be made to sit you next to or in proximity to the other members in your party however it cannot be guaranteed.
